Sacred Heart Tutorials Application For Admission Instructions
In order to apply for admission to Sacred Heart Tutorials, please follow these steps:
- First contact Sacred Heart Tutorials using the contact form page to let us know you are interested.
- Download and print the Application for Admission.
- Fill out all relevant parts of the form, in writing. (Do not fill in parts marked 'To Be Completed By Staff')
- Failure to complete all other parts of the form may result in your application being discarded.
- Mail the completed form to Sacred Heart Tutorials, Inc., P.O. Box 911, Fairfield, PA 17320.
- There is a 5-part youth protection certification process that is required. Once you have registered you will be given information that will lead you through the process.
